There will be no rank limit to create a family, everyone having 150k will be able to create one. Of course having in mind newbies can not receive money and they surely can not earn such money, minimum rank of family boss will be ~gangster. - 1 KS for every bot or player kill
This remains true only for bots/players lower not more than 2 ranks. - Hide Killing Skill bar from public.
Only family members could see players KS.

newbes can earn easily 150k. until ranking to gansgter, you can participate in ~50 fights. get 5k for each of them and you will have 250k:)

why can not I login with good username and password?
diablom, still can't log in?
couldn't login for whole day on omerta start, created new account but still couldn't login. Always got error: "You are illegal user. Please log in" Later I was able to login only with my new account. diablom acc did not work. Now I was suspended because of having two accounts :)
same problem like diablom, i can't login, you are illegal user.. when i change password it still dosn't work..
delete your cookies and session data ;)
